Our biologists have currently perfected over 30 in-vitro cultivation protocols and preserved associated propagation material. Select the desired plants directly in our online marketplace and they will be propagated and dedicated for you in CAPSERO plant capsules and sent to your cultivation station.
Propagation
In our aseptic process, the ordered plant material from our conservation breeding goes directly into propagation. The expression of plant parts and the rooting of the plants are indicated before the plant is inserted into our CAPSERO plant capsules. Individual nutrient solutions are added to the capsules. Thus, our CAPSERO plant capsules have a shelf life of at least 14 days and are ready for shipment. Our processes and quality assurance guarantee 100% DNA pure in-vitro clones.
Cultivation protocol
If the cultivation protocol is not yet installed on your cultivation system, we will play it online on your systems and your systems will be ready for production in no time. Our cultivation protocols are continuously improved by machine learning and new versions can also be installed on your systems via software update on request.
CAPSERO GROW CONTAINER
After inserting the plant capsules into the CAPSERO GROW CONTAINER, the software recognizes the capsules and prepares the corresponding cultivation protocol. The CAPSERO GROW CONTAINER is closed and the decontamination process begins. Sterilization with highly concentrated ozone ensures an aseptic atmosphere before the CAPSERO plant capsules are each opened fully automatically on the root and flower side and the cultivation protocol begins.
CAPSERO HARVEST CONTAINER
The CAPSERO HARVEST CONTAINER receives the signal to harvest and autonomously docks with the CAPSERO GROW CONTAINER to be harvested, seals the connection and matches the atmosphere to that of the CAPSERO GROW CONTAINER to minimize stress on the plants during the harvesting process as well. A plant rack is now pulled into the CAPSERO HARVEST CONTAINER on one side and our robot, guided by the ceiling, begins harvesting the desired plant parts. It does not matter whether flower horizons, fruits, roots or whole plants are to be harvested. After harvesting is complete, the plant racks are cleaned in the CAPSERO HARVEST CONTAINER and prepared for further production.
CAPSERO PROCESSING CONTAINER
Together with our partners, we are able to equip the CAPSERO PROCESSING CONTAINER individually according to customer specifications, to automate it and to integrate it into the cultivation process. The CAPSERO HARVEST CONTAINER is thus able to directly initiate the further processing procedures by transferring the plant material. We offer solutions for preservation, drying, crushing, extraction. Purification, filling, packaging and control processes.
CAPSERO MARKETPLACE
Even before the start of cultivation, our intelligent CAPSERO MARKETPLACE enables the placement of the expected harvest at the push of a button. Customers can offer as well as buy plant material. The CAPSERO MARKETPLACE also offers the possibility to perform audits of suppliers, the placement of future production orders and the allocation of orders to different producers.

Through specific data acquisition, design of experiment and machine learning, we are able to create cultivation protocols from DNA to mature plant or optimize an existing protocol according to specifications in our R&D facility for any plant.
